1) Trump won by as big an electoral landslide as a Republican can win in our toxic modern day political climate. I blame our media for the toxicity. Just tell the truth. Anyhow, Republicans are not going to win the Northeast and the West coast. Whatever states were in play went for Trump

2) As I've been saying for years now, and more recently for Harris, the democrats were going to come nowhere close to the 81,000,000 votes Biden received in 2020. Harris sits at 66,000,000 and Trump at 71,000,000 with votes still to be counted. Trump will wind up close to his 2020 numbers, Harris will lose at least a whopping 10,000,000 +. Once again, no pandemic voting laws and unverifiable mail in ballots to inflate their numbers

3) Remember when the "republican party was dead"? LMFAO. To their credit, I don't believe the current liberals on this forum were making such ridiculous claims. Those clowns have disappeared

4) The financial markets obviously loved the Trump win. In 2024, just like 2016, they soared with his victory. Although Biden, like Obama, will get credit for any market surge before the inauguration. And I don't care about credit.

5) We need to start growing the economy again. People are hurting, small businesses are hurting. Please go support your local business owners people. I do, we grow together

6) Trump made huge inroads with minority voters. I can only hope that continues. Not so much because that will help Republicans, but more so because that would force politicians to cater to all Americans. Stop dividing us, start uniting us. Run on POLICY

7) Our media is fucked up and people simply don't heed their advice anymore. Same for celebrities. It's time to grow up and start telling the truth.

8) I want Trump to fulfill his campaign promises, and I want him to govern our 380,000,000 or so residents. It's time to unite us. If you hate how the media and politicians divide us, then why on earth would you want to become them? it's time for all of us to grow up

Like I said when Biden dropped and they threw Kamala in there, the race was probably over because Democrats haven’t learned from their past mistakes

They have become so attached to two things:

1) identity politics
2) Fear mongering because of Trump

I would’ve voted for Kamala if forced to choose between these two because of ideological reasons and I don’t think Trump is the solution to our problems. But when people like me go another route (first time I didn’t vote for a major party candidate) then it’s not a good sign for them

The party needs to look at more pragmatic candidates. I wish they had an open primary to let people decide what they want. Not just insert a black woman with a shaky voting history and bad profile for a national election
